- Viston doesn't get 50%, then they can pull the offer or they can increase the offer.

For my situation, I'm selling on the open market. Locking in a guarantee of more than 4x but losing out on some more profit if the BO does happen.

Is there any way of knowing how many shares have been tendered to date? Trying to decide whether to lock in 220% profits or risk it by holding to tender and hoping they get the 50% and buyout goes thru

I guess I need to seriously look into tendering my shares (couple thousand) before that February deadline.
Can I not just sell if it gets closer to that $0.59 (currently at $0.40)?
