Idk I keep thinking maybe I should just sell because my Pqeff now like 100k but if I get 58 it’ll be 150
I’m kinda suspicious that the deal isn’t gonna go through because only bad things happen to me so there’s no way I’d just like get money

That's my main concern. The issue is usually good things happen to me but now I'm worried because you are involved!

I haven’t tendered because calling E*TRADE takes forever

I'm hoping this deal goes through. The price shows people are not convinced.
With gas prices increasing, it seems like the buyers would want this technology and make sure this deal happens.
I would think as gas prices rise, this technology will become more valuable.
It would be nice if Exxon would make an offer for $0.75 USD

My PQUEEF symbol has changed over to 716992540 on Etrade. I assume that's for everyone and not just the people that tendered their shares?

I disagree. The price shows me that people who have been holding are feeling comfortable with the deal. I would expect the price to decrease if people thought this wasn't happening. It's holding very steady. I think its not going up further, because there is uncertainty about whether you can buy now and tender to make some profit and because your risk goes up as the price gets higher. The risk is outweighing some of the potential profits to be made for newcomers.

Yes. Same on my fidelity. Not exactly that, but the ticker includes those numbers. Probably just a code to show the shares have been tendered and the shares are locked.

Probably doesn't need to be said, but the downside risk of that is the deal doesn't go through and the thing goes back down to $0.13.

I think the downside is a SP of.05=.07 very quickly, then dilution not long after.
I'm selling 40k @.42-.44, holding 10k for possible better price or tender.
