Is it correct to say (based on what I’m seeing here) that we’ll probably see a short term dip with an opportunity to add below $42, followed by a longer term bull run?

Short term dip is the operative phrase here - I think we are fairly green tomorrow. Just my guess

INDI report was great
I’m not a believer in quantum yet but hey it’s revenue.

Achieved a record quarter for Quantum bookings, including new customer-funded programs

Stock-based compensation jumped sequentially from $7.5 million to $11.4 million. Is this a new baseline run-rate due to the Stereolabs integration and new headcount, or were there one-time vesting events in Q2?
tell shareholders what the SBC was for, and what to expect going forward. this plus 20% more shares needs to be explained as to why, and whats next

Is RH correct when showing they missed earnings by $.10? Shows estimated -$.17 and actual -$.27. After the ZETA misinformation it's hard to know.

est EPS was (-0.27), actual was (-0.27)

Welp, the earnings info is wrong again.....guess they got it from Yahoo.

Sold ten $41.50 8/6 puts for 4.10 each on Monday, debating whether or not I want those to be assigned

I liked the call and the direction of the company. It’s very early still.
I’ll probably sell some shares for leaps tomorrow if the stock price stays lower.
It seems like CAT is indeed a customer after all, and from what I’m seeing on X, Amazon is the clear number one customer. Though not mentioned in the presentation…
I guess that just means Amazon is not a Rev8 customer, which makes sense given the old Velodyne merger.
I’m expecting a steady flow of news over the next month or so.

Is everyone here still bullish? Buying these shares at a discount? Or waiting for a little more downward momentum of share price first?

Bullish. Will continue to acquire weekly at any price under $60.

I’m bullish because the tech is unparalleled and extremely useful for the verticals that they chose to capture.
The TAM is just waiting for them with no real competition.
They have a lot going for them, and it’s one of the better moats you’ll run across. Yes it’s a niche technology…for now…but cameras aren’t, which was 48 percent of product sold.
That brings me to cross selling. The LiDAR customers want the cameras too, and vice versa.
I’ll be looking for more news on the traffic front soon and the possibility of announcing some major customers.
This may putt along, and then before you know it, they’re a 30bn dollar company.

Let’s see how much “IV Crush” materializes today.
For non options folks, that means that the big uncertain event is over and options should be priced cheaper.
I’ll probably buy some. Maybe at the money Septembers and slightly out of the money Februarys.
And a few LEAPS (2028).

I have 1 $45 CC expiring today but also have 1 8/21 Call so today's price may cause me to lose 100 shares but should help me on my Call. Currently have 1500 shares so losing a few will not hurt long time position.
