Nah. I KYC’d a long time ago and never stopped trading on it. That was all for show.

I used a guy named Joshua Sands at Cryptotaxman.com. He straightened out everything between the 10 exchanges I had messed with over the years and got it all good so I’m straight if I ever do get audited. He even got me back a large chunk that I had paid the past couple years using cointracking myself based on the new guidance from the feds that I would have never known about, so it paid for itself. He also advises on tax harvesting so he can help figure out how to get your money with the least possible tax liability.

Bitcoin was created 2009. It was $1k for a small time in 2017 though.
