Def not CB, not sure about Gemini. I just got verified there (Gemini) yesterday after sending in my application when I got off the Mayflower.

I learned that you are just better off being kept in Limbo with these sites. If I had never been given access to Gemini, then I would be sitting at a gain of approximately $100 per ETH. Instead I made a series of panic decisions immediately after being granted access and now I am having to sit it out until it dips back to $250 or so.
