NVDA’s ownership of NBIS common didn’t change.
But they purchased pre-funded warrants at some point recently which convert 1:1 to common shares.
So yeah looks like a nice big slug of investment by Jensen.

The pre funded warrants are from the March deal - this really isn't new news.

i'm extremely excited for the next few months for Nbis and the industry.
The two announcements today help further validate the obvious. We are so short compute it is ridiculous. Hut 8's projected NOI from today's deal is great for colo. Iren reaping 300 million incremental ARR simply by being patient and doing more real time contracting shows the price curve. Never mind. Iren getting 45% prepayment of gpu capex .... I mean this is not a hyper scaler deal. This is with regular cloud users and they're so stretched for compute that they will pre-fund half the GPU capex - insanity.
