Well, don’t use Regions, they don’t care about federal law with regards to releasing certified funds. I was actually coming to post for the same thing but I don’t really need a safe deposit box or local atms as long as the bank covers atm fees.

Currency Bank has a nice branch near Bocage with safety deposit boxes.
They also let their customers use all the Cap One ATM’s for free.

Through the years, the lack of personal service was frustrating. Now I don't require much personal service but they are closing the branch closest to me and discontinuing safe deposit boxes at all of their locations.
