If I see it drop down to 0.021, I have some other stock I am ready to move on from that I will use to place an order around 0.017-0.018 area.

Curious press release. I looked at share price at both dates mentioned and they were both peaks beforehand. So, the timing doesn’t seem to add up exactly (you’d expect the promotional material to cause a run-up on prices). Unless, a pump and dumper had been buying throughout the upswing and made-out within the first few days of the steep downturn.
But there are definitely peaks at both dates listed in the press release.
This might be the OTC looking back into LVVV’s stock history if they are truly reviewing an uplist request and asking the management team to comment or issue a statement regarding what they found.

A poster on IH a while back had said he was contacted by someone trying to push LVVV on him, and when he contacted LVVV he was told they had no affiliation with the company pushing it. That may have been related.
However, LVVV had its own stuff going on to cause peaks around then - the March spike was right after they got the Coachella nursery county permit, and the May spike was when they signed the LOI to acquire Mojave Jane. So no need for LVVV to really go out of their way for questionable promotion at those times - they had the official PRs to do that work for them.
As mentioned, could be another sign that the SEC is back to work on our uplisting.
Some other good news, some of you may have seen it posted on IH already, but they are trying to pass a bill in Cali. to temporarily reduce taxes on licensed cannabis companies. It's no secret that one of the big roadblocks right now for the guys doing it right is huge taxation (I think it totals as much as 45% in the end) - as a result, the black market is driving people out of business. Since LVVV is one of the few doing things by the book, this bodes well for the future.

If I try to place an order for LCC on fidelity for over 10000 shares it says:

They have a 10k share max on penny stocks unless you call to confirm for them to remove this restriction. Also until an ETF is fully transferred, you cannot buy more than 10k shares at a time (9,999 shares actually). The phone call takes about 5 mins and transfers take close to a week.
Now, once you have the limit restriction removed, you can sell other stock and immediately buy as many shares as the money allows.

I'm gonna lose my shite in 2 months when we find out that all our losses are in tigrrdad's portfolio. He's got enough followers in here now and the volume is so small that he could be manipulating this himself.
