LINK NXTTF?

Saw another article with another firm today

I am not. I only have about $2500 in and I'd rather take the risk then sell at a lose right now.

ETA:I knew I should of sold LVVV yesterday. Still Up but lost half of what I got yesterday.

Holding, may buy more, after the investigation is over.

I did earlier. A company I bought 3-4 years ago finally went back into the green after it's IPO when I bought in so I sold, and bought some more shares at $1.58

Naw baw, hold onto that stuff. Don’t stress yourself trying to take short term small gains. Big things are ahead. If you want short term gains, wait for a nice bump when some of the big news hits soon on uplisting, licenses, etc.

The short game will just drive you nuts.

ETA: I bought more shares recently with the specific intent of selling some in the short run on small jumps, but I can’t convince myself to do it. Even when it hits a dime or so, it will be hard to let any go. I know this thing will have much larger gains.

I wasn't actually going to sell any. Now that my GE stock is finally in the green, I may sell some of that to get more LVVV as long as it's below 5 cents. I'd really like to get to around 100k shares.

What is your timeline for LVVV? When are you expecting news?

If we don’t get any news some time this month that brings it back to at least the .08 it hit back in May, I’ll be disappointed. But I hate to put a timeline on it and set myself up for disappointment because it’s a long hold for me. I’m hoping for a dollar or close to it by the end of 2019.

Namaste Provides Official Response to Recent Publications
8:59 AM ET 10/9/18

VANCOUVER, Oct. 9, 2018 /CNW/ - Namaste Technologies Inc. ("Namaste" or the "Company") (TSXV: N) (FRANKFURT: M5BQ) (OTCMKTS: NXTTF) is aware of several misleading and false "research reports" published by Citron Research Inc. ("Citron") and press releases and advertisements distributed by several US-based law firms seeking plaintiffs for potential securities litigation against the Company.

The Company wishes to respond to these claims and inform shareholders that its NASDAQ application is progressing but has not yet been accepted or approved, that the Company's sale of its US assets was not to a "related party" and was not a "related party transaction" as defined under applicable Canadian securities laws and that other assertions made by Citron are equally inaccurate and misleading.

To the Company's knowledge, only one US federal securities action has been commenced, although the Company has not yet been served. Moreover, the Company understands that US law would require consolidation of any further federal court litigation, and the flurry of press releases and advertisements does not mean there will be myriad lawsuits. The Company intends on vigorously defending these claims.

Citron is engaged in the practice of short-selling securities for its own financial gain. Citron has previously published false and misleading information in respect to the Company as a means to manipulate the Company's share price. Citron has also targeted other Canadian companies in the cannabis sector. The Company is prepared to pursue any legal remedies it deems necessary to protect its rights and its reputation and shall continue to respond strongly to false and defamatory statements such as those mentioned in these publications.

Management Commentary

Sean Dollinger, President and CEO of Namaste comments: "We would like to thank our shareholders for their support. It is important for shareholders to understand the nature of these "research reports", press releases and advertisements and that we take these allegations seriously. We are committed to our shareholders and every decision made by management is what we believe to be in the best long-term interest for the Company."

I read one of them. Firm says it’s “filed” but there is no plaintiff name filled in and it was unsigned. Maybe they have a complete signs and filed version but I doubt it.

The Complaint mirrors and relies on the Citron report. It’s complete and utter horseshite.

Me too. Takes a couple days for my money transfers to hit my account, and I was hoping to grab another 30-35,000 shares early next week. So much for that. Still at 150,000 shares, and I want some more to flip in the short run. Was planning on doing that with 50,000 of my current shares when I kept adding, but I just can’t part with any of those knowing very big days are ahead. VERY big days.

I'll probably still buy when I get the opportunity for a while unless it just shoots up like crazy.

ETA: I was really hoping to get my holiday bonus and use all of it on LVVV if it was still at $0.03 next month BUTTTTT looks like that won't be the case.
