if nothing else, that shareholder letter made me feel a little bit better about leaving my money in through the end of the year instead of bailing at a loss...even if it is fool’s gold.

If I have something to say, I’ll say it under my username. No alters needed. Have I ever failed to openly state my opinion here? Still long and strong.

ETA: After 131 pages, you seriously think I’d need an alter to defend myself or to disagree with igoringa?

LVVV is doing so many different things I don't think anyone has a clear vision of what's going on. That shareholder update is just fodder for all I'm concerned. Show me the money.

I mean, they can frick around and get lucky and end up with a good solid business, but I'm convinced that any success will be accidental.

They need to hire a damn accountant imo. Bill doesn't want any sane person with their hands on the books to tell him "no" or to "be patient".

Don't worry. A post on the first page of this thread explains how each pod can hold 25,000 clones, they turn every month or two and sell for $10-20. They had three running all second quarter.

And remember the unspoken premise in this entire thread is if they grow it, it will be bought. No one else figured out this magical formula to be worth tens of millions with no experience or capital.

So I am sure it was an oversight that the Coachella Nursery seemed like an afterthought in this letter and that when he says revenue will grow 'modestly' due to distribution... he is just playing. Millions in clone sales.... has to be. What could possibly go wrong?

Any thoughts on HEXO at these prices? Cannabis may finally be priced reasonably near these levels.

Completely agree - no way you would go alter, as I said.

And you must be getting excited, you are only two months away from being able to validate this expectation you stated on 9/28/18:

quote:

I think it is very capable of hitting $1-2 within the next year, and hopefully approaching $10 in the next 5 years.

At that time you were begrudging having no budget to buy more as it dipped into the .03's (closed at .035 that day). Only down 66% since then... but man the next 2 months are going to be amazing! Everything points to this being a multibillion dollar company LMAO

I actually like the direction they are taking with the ranch - the leasing of space to other companies and the branding potential - while running the clone business as well. I'm not anticipating it becoming a billion dollar company by any means though.

My average is around .019 per share. So, I'm "only" down roughly 35%. I've held off buying more to average down though I might right before earnings are released. Even if I don't add more, the stock getting back to .025 would net a nice return, and I think it will see that number before the end of the year.

You believe there are people lining up to join these guys who have zero experience in running anything like this? This land has been for sale on and off for years. What does LVVV bring to the table for any interested party? No experience, no capital, no track record.... nothing.

He has been doing this for a decade now and folks keep lapping it up......

And keep in mind even at today’s price - this company is valued at 15 million or so..... for what? 40k in revenue (that usually when they are audited disappears)? Step back and look at it.

Can anyone answer the question: if a US weed company can't bank anything, how does it keep profits?

Honest question; if you owned a weed company in California, and you can't bank the money you make, where do you put it? Would you put in your financials? "Hey guys, we made $10 million in cash this year, it's not at the bank, so it's sitting in a safe in my back office...." Convert it to bitcoin?

I'm really not trying to make excuses for these guys, but they don't have the same set of rules as everyone else. Their competitors are literally criminals.

Again, in no way am I trying to defend these guys, but I believe we'd see a whole different story if they could bank some money.

So the flip side is do you usually invest in those engaged in tax evasion and securities fraud?

Because if they are making money and hiding it then that is what they are doing.

No one required them to be a public company.... they made that choice and investors made their choice. If you are banking on them being criminals and accordingly hiding the upside.... do t know what to tell ya!

I mean, in hindsight it's pretty damn dumb. But yeah. I guess the dream is that they'll pass the banking act and everyone will come above board and we'll see all the $$$? Or at least, they can pick and choose what they hide/steal?

I’ve been out of pocket for a week on vacation. That letter sounds like it was sent to soften the blow of the upcoming shitty earnings release
