why must we discuss lottery pick penny stocks? why cant we discuss established companies who are generating lots of news. it seems like we are stuck in 2012 when weed was only penny stocks in here.

TRTC may be back on track, but Derek (which should read Derelict)is still the CEO. I personally saw him in action last December at the Las Vegas Convention and he was out of control. He seems to fit the majority of CEOs in this business unfortunately.

we dont ever. I've mentioned the other companies many times to a complete void of response we should just title this thread what it is....weed penny stocks and let the anchor happen.

You posted this a few weeks ago. I think you are dead on. You mentioned you expected all 3 to fall by the wayside when legalization happens in US - I think that is valid and is what CGC is trying to avoid.

And they are using their market cap weight and availability of capital to position for the gold rush. I think they are best positioned of the bigs to be the global player.

From an investment point of view, they would be my long term play as of right now.... but definitely long term.

Shorter team, I need to do more research. Consolidation is coming as the rest try to mimic CGC by getting a dotted line foothold into US production. Dotted line in that they cant close yet. So I think those next tier companies like Acreage, even though they have a very rich market cap have some short term upside potentially. I am looking for production Sq feet first with distribution a close second. Not sold on retail yet as I wonder if eventually this will be like tobacco or liquor in terms of availability (I know - a long ways away).

I am much better versed in microcaps because my career is intertwined with them (I don't invest in them but have spent 20 plus years in the industry of that size). Thus stalking an LVVV as an example is pretty much what I do as a profession anyways so it is a natural extension. I need to learn more about the middle ground.

So I am looking to spend some time looking at CRLBF, CURLF, HRVSF etc.

They congratulated them because LVVV is their distributor. Uptown CannaCo is one of the companies LVVV recently announced signing to a distribution deal.

Dad... WTF is going on with LVVV?

Seriously. Is there any news on the horizon and if so is it days, weeks, months from now?

I’m losing faith

Lol - you give this idiot way too much credit - he can’t even get the date right.

It just blows my mind how many people can look at his incompetence and wonder why his company is ‘only worth’ 24 million - what a steal!

I am confident he is in top for ‘formatting’ those quarterlies. LOL Enjoy the yield sign.

There's some pissed off shareholders on Investorhub

quote:

Here, it's not just that Bill put the wrong date on the Letter.
Over the last 18 months or so, Bill has made one mistake or miscalculation after another causing delay after delay after delay.
From the Letter, their "Research" on the requirements of Uplisting has proven to be inadequate.
Bill should have done more thorough research before applying for Uplisting.
Then, even though they "chose to focus on getting the unaudited report filed", it was still late.
Bill must have known for a while now about the delays on the Uplisting.
Yet, the Unaudited report is still late?
Most Longs here feel that LVVV should be much farther along by now then they are.
It's mostly because of Bill not properly executing on the many small things that must be done correctly and most importantly, in a timely manner for a new business, in any sector, to be successful.
Hopefully these 2 new turds that Bill brought in can right the ship and get us back on course...

Well no biggie, your CEO not knowing what he's doing isn't that big a deal

The 2018 made me laugh, you'd think he would have saw that when he was transferring the rough draft off of scratch paper.

LVVV seems to latch on to the inverse of the sector oftentimes like today. So we need about another eh...57% drop in the sector and I'll get out without losing a penny.

You guys may want to take a look at DRVD. It’s basically a Grubhub/Uber Eats for weed. Executives look very highly qualified. Numbers are not good right now, kinda expected as a startup.
