Anyone else see the massive glitch on RH a few minutes ago? Swings from $58 to $72 to $68 to $52 to $70 in seconds.

They updated their 4/27 prospectus to say that new investors could lose all or substantially all of their investment give the current volatility. The shares were sold today. The 4/27 offering was for 43MM shares.
Call it FUD if you’d like, but it’s accurate.

Also, I don’t see why 11.5MM shares would shake anyone on this stock. They’ve diluted the hell out of it for months now and it hasn’t mattered.

Another 11.5M shares for retails to gobble up. 100% sure B. Riley Securities and Citigroup Global Markets have already dumped those shares.
AMC unlike GME using this to actually try to wipe out some debt, cant blame them. In the long run, the business still needs a lot of help
