Is it gonna happen or not happen. Lots of speculation on either side. DOJ is suppose to rule tomorrow...

With every drop in oil prices, I think consolation becomes more necessary and more likely this merger will be approved.
I'm sure there will be some conditions, maybe spin off some stuff.

Can't see it not happening. May not be exactly what Halliburton hoped/hopes for, and some additional sell offs may be required, but there's been too much "progress" for me to think it would just be dropped.

I though that GE was buying Halliburton's drilling assets so the deal would be approved
