Yes, if you earn your income there. You can't be paid here but have a residence there. You have to be paid there.

Absolutely. I know a guy that lives down there exactly 6 months out of the year for just this reason so he will qualify.

He owns his own jet and travels back and forth all the time and uses his flight logs as proof that he slept there at least 6 months a year.

WY has no income tax. GA allows married couples 65 and over up to $135k of income without income tax - just about any type of income including from retirement accounts, taxable accounts, rental, etc. Still ranked as one of the bottom 10 for senior living.
