I’d say so, Ark wants the royalties. I’m looking for a compromise to favor the miners and it might be revisited later when the market matures a bit.

That would be a fair solution to separate the fantasy from reality in the value of the lithium market.

I was curious to see how they maintained their cash position over the last three months.
Looks like they’ve still been selling shares ATM. Last quarter they sold 4.6M shares at $1.56 avg price. That’s gotta be putting some downward pressure on the stock price, but it is allowing them to maintain a healthy cash position.

Article came out today in Arkansas Democrat Gazette claiming landowners want project to happen but still say current offer isn't enough! SLI gonna ending up saying screw it and go to Texas!

You want to give the O&G commission the benefit of the doubt but with the kick the can down the road examples we've seen from all sides here, I'm hesitant to buy in prior. I was wanting to do some october calls.
