After the AT workhorse debacle I am a nervous nelly.
I learned there are no guarantees.
If June passes and Lanxess has not signed the JV, what will happen to the share price? I believe the JV is already factored into the share price.
The next big upswing will come when they announce sales and when they list on Nasdaq.
I sold out and will buy back after the JV.

Dang #4 on the list bites the dust. I can understand those on the outside looking in getting nervous about the previously stated timelines for the JV coming near, but I have to believe that if the JV was truly at risk then you would have already seen the share price crater from those more knowledgeable about the inner workings here.

Apples and oranges. ABML might be better for a short term pump and dump, however STLHF will appreciate much better over the long run while ABML most likely goes to zero.

This is my guess for next 18 months or so:
June: JV announced, SIFT machine brought down from Canada
End of Q3: FID reached on Lanxess commercial plants
End of Q4: NASDAQ uplisting, start of construction on Lanxess plant #1.
Midway through 2022: Plant #1 begins commercial production, plant #2 starts construction.
End of 2022: Plant #2 starts production, plant #3 starts construction.
Production on the Tetra leases is probably several years out as more permitting is needed there and they probably want to start on the easier Lanxess sites first.

Agreed. If JV were at risk, I'd think we woukdve seen a massive share dump by now
I dont think the JV is fully factored in to the share price though, if it was... we wouldn't be talking about concerns with the JV. Proof concept 1 and 2 is why we are 3 a share

TDA shows it at $3.26 with a high today of $3.29 but volume is only 6,621 shares through 20 minutes?

It’s trading on Fidelity, just super low volume. I think today is a Canadian holiday, if that possibly has something to do with it…

Given that Standard Lithium's process is clean and green as well as a big part of EV, the government tail winds will likely speed this part up.
