It’d be nice if they released the SWA FEED/DFS commencement press release to add fuel on a green day for once. Seems like they often decide to release their PRs on market dumpster fire days.

Haven’t gotten that SLI up 10% alert in a hot minute. On vacation so not paying attention, that was a nice surprise.

Fe_Mike, you seem to have the best ongoing dialog going with the company, maybe you could get EV24 a job at corporate.

I guarantee that he knows more of what's going on than most of the smucks up there do.

Just since it's slow and the first trading day of the year is as good as any to reflect back, wanted to bump the timelines I had estimated back in September:

1) PR stating they have filed the NI-43-101 by mid-Oct. [DONE]

5) FID is made (my guess is late February).

Hopefully we stick to this and get the first big news on financing/partnerships/offtake deals sometime in January.

Just a reminder, FID official deadline is still Jan 19th. But again, they are allowed to request an extension.

Hopefully we get some big updates in the next few weeks. Should also hear some updates on SWA and Texas econ developments soon.

They've not been responding to me recently and I'm not going to stir up anything until at least mid-late January. Though I'm a bit wary of the progress because of the change in lithium market prices, I still anticipated the next Phase 1 update would be sometime in January so they are by no means 'late' on anything in my mind.

No need to clarify the Jan 19th deadline though, that one I am confident is correct (well, week of Jan 15th is probably a better definition, I think the 19th is technically a day or two late) . However, as I said they can request an extension and I don't know if they would PR something like that so we may likely cruise through Jan 19th with no FID update.

Can they make a FID without a royalty decision made yet on phase 1?
