SLI and Koch filed the 13 G for Koch’s shares but not sure why that would have moved anything. That’s not new news. Other than that I’m not seeing anything else.

Something being filed might have triggered some algos I suppose, but I doubt a big fish dropped almost $3.5 million on it for the 13G being filed. Maybe some news expected pre-market tomorrow?
