Honestly I don't know, just saw this news, I'm about to pull up to my office, don't have time to read into it until after work. But this seems like one of the biggest bull indicators I've seen since I've owned it. People don't throw around 100 million lightly. I'd say this is more important than the assessment.

The overall market is f***ed boys, gonna be swimming upstream against that. The price Koch bought in at is the firm bottom now, but would not be shocked to see $8's again. Most people trading this day to day just see "offering" and run for the hills and don't think about the long term picture.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see $8’s today. That said, if you held strong on this, you should be resting a lot easier as a long on this with Koch money behind it now.
