Most are oblivious to it. Very little local talk. Won’t create many jobs, likely less than 20 total. Will be a little work for contractors but they’ve been using outside contractors mostly.

Apologies for my rambling response. Started out to post a nice, concise response.

How do the mineral leases work with landowners? Do they get a certain percentage royalties from the brine water pumped from their acreage? Curious how all of that is set up.

Not exactly sure. They’ve been pretty standard prices. Not sure if the lithium boom has affected it. I think they are 30 year leases and were renewed in the past six months. I believe the large investor from El Dorado is the owner of their largest and most lithium rich lease. Don’t know for sure, but he’d have the money for the initial $1million or so investment and enough to exercise options. Lease renewed, no word of premium prices paid. Probably let bigger lease owners in early, many of the others have no clue about any of it and just get their mailbox money wherever they live now.
Was looking at a map of lithium brine concentrations, appears my land is “Smack” dab in the middle of it. There are rumors of them looking for sites for new brine wells, but that may just be rumors. Some of the Germans do hunt my stuff and it’s not far from lanxess as the crow flies.
I’d never get that lucky!!! I’d 100% take a special offering and royalties!!
Won’t get my hopes up on that!!!

This feels like the start of the run to $4 and an uplisting application.

Fully loaded boys! Glad I topped the boat last week sub $3. Like y'all said, feels like this will never go below $3 again.

I've been inspired by the AMC folks...I'm not selling before $1,000/share.

Ask is showing $3.65 this morning. Looks to be a good opening.
Edit: Never mind, $3.25 now. I swear, I’m never quoting a pre-hour ask price for this stock again.
