Depends on your goal. I play options for quick profits moving in and out of tickers. I hold SLI until I feel it's peaked. It really hasn't even started yet.
Not that I didn't swing trade it back when it was $2/$3, but now I just keep adding shares.

Realistically speaking here, what’s everyone’s exit strategy? I’m thinking something like selling 15-20% at $20, then 5-10% of holdings every $3-5 or so thereafter.

Hold until I can pay off my student loans. Around 25/30 per share would make me happy

I think I will wait to see how the stock price reacts to JV news and listen to the future plans. This stock could rocket up with the right news releases and if everything pans out we could all be sitting on a real lottery ticket.
if not I think most on here have made real money so far and already feel pretty good about where we stand. I guess all depends on what your immediate need is.
