This. Plus the fact that he and Robert Mintak have had dealings before at Mintak's prior CEO position before STLHF. Positive dealings. He's the only jr. lithium CEO with a relationship with Musk. Musk may or may not have made a visit to the facility a little while back.

Don't know, but my gut tells me STLHF already has a buyer for their lithium at a much higher price than current and short term projected rates. A certain EV billionaire has been trying to lock down as much lithium as he can. Just a hunch and conjecture.

that’s reasonable to assume.
lithium is a commodity and those large buyers also make money in the options. you were 100% right about the secondary offering being pre-sold

That's a low estimate.

Just wait and see what happens if it's announced at some point in the future that he has agreed to purchase ALL of their production at a currently eye popping amount-but could be CHEAP-in 5-10 years. Win-win. Ramp up production and deplete that reserve quickly then use the tech to extract less optimal deposits later, but far cheaper and faster than anyone else. Just a thought.

I just wish I had more free capital at the time, but I was down with COVID. Dad went down with it and my wife had minor symptoms I knocked out early with HCQ. Her antibodies were positive. I had to keep a fat arse chunk of cash to the side to make sure the businesses weren't hurt. But I hit it another lick. Dad wouldn't have if he would've been in control of his money. He went to sleep with 35K shares-he only knows about 25k that he bought at $.40. When he wakes up, he'll have over 100k, the shop he's been talking about for 20 years, and a side by side his cheap arse wouldn't go get. And I'll be able to do it my way...BIGLY. His shite will be nicer and newer than mine.

Just checked it is a 7 hour drive to Austin. Gm building that new factory in or near Lordstown is about a 15 ½ hour drive. That is probably to far for a semi to drive in 1 day as that is car driving time. From El Dorado to Austin isn't bad and could help land a deal with Tesla. Where else could they get if from that is close ?
Tesla giga factory in NV is a 26 hour car drive. I think Nevada is the next closest spot after the snackover.

I want to be SmackoverHawg rich only problem is he has to many shares to catch up to !

Ever wonder why he picked Austin. It’ll have the work force he needs. Central location and a short train ride from Lanxess. May just be coincidence.

Thank you. He fought it over a month and took a sudden turn for the worse. At 8:15 this am, I had to give permission to discontinue life sustaining measures. I've lost my father, business partner, hunting partner and best friend. I take solace in the time we've spent together and moving back home to work by his side. I hope to leave a legacy a fraction of his when I go. He was a true "country" doctor and will be sent out in a style true to his personality and love of the outdoors.

Damn, so sorry. I’m drinking a bourbon in his honor. I’m glad that you have so many wonderful memories of your time together. May STLHF take off as a lasting memorial to your father.

He'd like that. I always get him some really good bourbon and scotch he'd never get himself. Didn't get a chance to give it to him this year. We both tested positive on the 14th and he was hospitalized 2 days later. We'll have some sips at the camp I built for us overlooking the pond I put in for him to fish when he got to old to "catch'em the right way".
