What’s your target exit price El Gaucho? I’m probably offloading the majority of my position between $20-30.

My personal opinion is if we see those numbers, that means everything has gone as expected. JV, plants in place and producing, etc. Much of the risk is off the table.
At that point, the main reason I would sell any shares is if I needed the money. With 80% of my shares in my roth and being mid 30's, I wouldn't need that money for a long time.
Not that there isn't a good reason for others to sell though. I just think about what Mintak said about using this tech to mine other materials and what implications that could have on share price and future of the company.

AINT SELLIN
I KNOW WHAT I GOT
idk man I don’t really need the money any time soon. I guess if we did like 40 I might sell some. I don’t think people should ask my perspective on investment because I don’t really have any motives besides like picking up chicks and I live super Dave ramsey lifestyle
ETA: there’s an island I want to buy citizenship on and I’d like to buy my cousins out of an undivided interest but I could do both those now just don’t wanna dip into my seed money

Yeah I get all of that but at $20-30 this would be like 80% of my portfolio so that’s obviously not ideal long term from a risk standpoint. Would have to start diversifying as my shares hit long term cap gains status at that point.

Outside of the one Wednesday morning with GME; I have never had a single issue with etrade's app or website. Seems like a personal issue.

My entry price of 8.75 doesn't either

I’ve never done this before but like September 17th calls are 95 cents right now
So I put in 1 I guess it gives me 100 of them right? It costs 95 bucks
And then if we get to 7.50 before September 17th I get paid right?

Your break even is $8.45 in that scenario.

How do you calculate this stuff
Glad I only put 100 bucks on it

Yeah, I’ve not been too concerned about the action over the last week, but this is a bit worrisome.

Strike price plus the premium. So if the strike is $7 and you pay $1 for the option, you need it to hit $8 to be in the money because you don't get the premium you paid back. It's a sunk cost.
Of course, you can still be in the money even if it does not reach the strike and is a more volatile stock, since the likelihood of it turning profitable is more likely.
For example...if a stock is trading at $3 and you buy a $7 call...it'll be cheap..say $0.30. If the stock suddenly shoots up to $6 with a decent amount of time left until expiry, someone will be willing to pay a lot more for a $7 call since it's much more likely to reach/surpass that.
Side note, do not wait until expiry for your option. There is significant time decay, so if it turns green by a decent amount at any point, close that sucker out.

Large caps are up for sure. LLKKF is down 9% so SLI isn’t by itself on not rising.
