Mid 2 range - payment per month depends if you want to roll in closing costs. And if you want 15, 20, 25 or 30 year rates

What term are you wanting?
Posted on 10/30/20 at 1:41 pm to ellesssuuu
I think 30 year, we are going to keep paying the current note and pay it off faster

Does $16,200 seem high on a new construction closing cost? Financing $465,000 with 25% down. Did have $890 added to cost for extending rate of 2.625.

Define closing cost.
Total cash to close, including prepaid and escrow? Also including lender fees and/or owners title. One needs to know what it is to asses if it’s low/high.
It’s like asking, was my bar tab high? We’ll I don’t know.. was it just 2 cocktails? Or 4 cocktails, 2 shots, a couple glasses of wine and a beer??
