DOES this exist right now? 30 year refi rate of
APR 2.5-2.75% for 250k (190 refi and 60k cashout) no points. Appraised value 400-500.

Currently waiting to lock at 2.25% on a RD 30 year. I had to call my loan officer to make sure I was reading that correctly.

ellesssuuu I am looking to refinance. I need your contact info. Would be doing 190k for ten years.

I locked in 2.25% on a 30 yr VA refi today. I’m fricking tickled.

So are rates higher or fees higher if I do a cash out refi compared to just a standard refi with no cash out?

Usually take an online course. LA requires 8 hours continuing education each year which will crossover to other states. FL requires 10 so I had to take additional 2 plus test at the end

What are current rates for a 15 Year fixed jumbo? What credit score is required to access those rates?
Posted on 10/26/20 at 9:29 am to Catchfalaya
Currently we do Jumbo with Max LTV/CLTV up to 90%. Most start at 20 years. Lowest FICO currently is 661.

Anyone know if it would be worth it for me to refi?
I have 16 years left on a 20 yr @ 3.00%
$183K left on a $300K house.
Credit score is above 800.
I'm open to 15, 20, or 30 year.
At this point, I don't know that it would be worth it based on the closing costs associated.

its not worth it. 3% on a 20yr is a great rate, i posted purchase rates which are lower than refinance rates
