How long do you think rates will stay at record lows? I’m trying to refinance my house but I need to sell my old home first. Still probably a month away from that

I’m in Houston. Try calling the below guy. Worked with him on a rate and was very competitive.
Jacob Egly | IBERIABANK | Vice President | Mortgage | p 713.818.5908 |

I ended up going with Chase though. I’ve been a chase customer for 15+ years and they have me the best rate. I got 3% on a jumbo loan. I can send you my chase contact too.

I locked at 2.875% with 20% down. One lender told me it would take 35 days to get funded. I said that I close in 30 days and she basically said tough. I called a friend who is in the business. My loan was funded in less than two weeks. Now I just have to wait until closing.

I was happy with my 3.0 for 30 rate not you guys are getting 2.8s.

I’m still happy. Just down to like 90% happy

What is the going rate for investment? Would be around 100k-125k purchase price with 20% down. Selling one to buy another.

Told my lender to lock in 2.375 15 year two weeks back. I followed up with him yesterday, and he told me he can lower it to A 2.25, 15 or 2.75, 30. They’re charging a little over$1000. Payback is 7 months

2.875% is the low on the 30yr, it pops up like once a month on the rate sheet. Most 30yrs i am locking are still at 3%. 15yr the best i have locked is 2.5%. anyone needing a quote can email me. edhawk75@ygmail.com I handle texas thru florida on the gulfcoast.

I would like to know who you guys are using for these rates. I called everywhere in Birmingham and a 3.4% was lowest that I was quoted for a fixed 30yr refi LTV 68%. 800+ credit score. Are you guys buying points?

no jumbos are a unicorn right now. We re doing them on our portfolio but the rates are higher. it's not a good time for jumbo's unless you qualify for private banking.
