how fast are you planning to try and accumulate?

With the AUPH sell I will probably go in for 500 and might try to get 1,000 by end of next year. I like the $13 range with BCRX.

Bought some July 22 calls that are probably already torched
I guess I feel OK about the Jan 23's

This mention of a new offering (BCRX) is nagging in the back of my head. I've sat on AUPH long enough to realize these things can take time. The long term AUPH rewards have been great and I still hope to be greater still.

Honestly it almost sounds like people are upset that they AREN'T doing an offering.. like it's been expected for some time, and needed, but the company refuses to rip the bandaid off

It's double concerning it was withdrawn imo. It tells me either 1 they didn't need the cash and asked for it Or 2 they needed it and they didn't get so now they're going slower somewhere. I'm not sure which I'm more concerned about as a risk. They supposedly have cash through 2023.

Listening to AUPH conference call now will update with some notes
1265 patient start forms received with a 60+% conversion rate.
EMA decision 3rd quarter 2022.
Aur200 IND late 2022.

Just a final shakeout. This is a evidence of a deal done IMO.

Bcrx options went hard into the money today. Damn. Could have really gotten it at a discount. What happened today?

Seemed oversold at open, so I snatched a few calls up... then took another 40% haircut

Should I pick up more AUPH? Or start buying up BCRX? I need to do more research on BCRX. Finally able to sit down and catch up with these.

I may snag a few calls at this point. It's silly oversold at this point. I was just listening to their earnings call and it seemed like all good news other than i think they have a lower peak sales target than I do for them.

I’d love it if someone started a BCRX thread! Need good DD

Alright I kicked us off over there.

So, I feel about 95-99% confident that buyout will be announced before Dec 1. Currently have about 8k common shares of AUPH. Have about $10k sitting on the sidelines, and debating whether I should purchase some $37 Dec 17 2021 calls. Or liquidate 1000 shares and buy $30k worth of calls. Anyone else purchasing calls this late in the game?

I saw your posts in the early days of the SLI thread. Did you invest in that one and if so are you still in it?
