Those holding XMET, do you mind sharing your exit strategy? Trying not to get greedy here.

If I'm taking short terms gains, best to stay in the roth for these and hold longer term stocks in a brokerage account correct?

I think that makes sense.

In terms of Traditional vs Roth, the difference is the taxes you pay upon withdrawal.

You may want to consider safer plays in your Traditional so that when you make millions in your Roth, withdrawals are tax free.

Missed out on some nice gains today.

I’m still holding IBIO and a little nervous going into earnings. I’ll probably take some profits before and let some ride. I don’t have substantial amount invested but I’m getting a little heavier there than I’d like.

Anybody get in/still in SBFM with me?

It has suddenly turned into the biggest position in my brokerage account. And that’s with me having pulled out lots of profit over the past two weeks on this run. Bought in at just over a penny in December and it hit $.25 today.

Three big pending news events that could send it higher are (primary) advancing to human clinical trials on either of their two in vitro drugs, (secondary) uplisting approval (they just submitted the app to uplist last week).

I don’t think I’m going to sell anymore til a news event comes out, good or bad.

That being said, not sure I’d buy at this price. So just curious if any of y’all are in this/had thoughts/could share in my anxiety.

I've already gotten some decent profits out of it, now I'm holding what I've got long term because I like weed and think it's going up in the future

The used battery technology could be a big winner if the technology works. Until the technology is put into action it is difficult to know how much value this adds to the company. Have you found any info about this portion of this company?

I would think Tesla would be very interested in this technology; however, I would also think Elon is working on this for his batteries.

Thanks for the tip.

With the companies out there ahead in that area musk would just acquire one of them or set up a joint venture. I would lean towards an acquisition though.

I shared my philosophy on this in the ZOM thread. Assume SBFM is 10% of your account. If your account was all in cash, would you start a 10% position in SBFM? If so, you let it ride. If not, I think you trim accordingly. Obviously need to consider tax implications to some extent, but I believe risk management should trump tax concerns all else being equal.

Certainly not the only way to do it, but just some food for thought.

Was planning to. I remember it being discussed as a Reddit Target and I think that really kicked in yesterday. That complicates things. I sold half yesterday at 1.80. Price target? Who the hell knows. I do think it will go back to “normal” eventually.
