Yeah

He was smart enough and experienced enough to know what was going on.

He funneled money out which is a flag.

I think if anything, he’s delusional. He believes his own bull crap.

He needs to be punished in the media and jailed

His entire narrative is that he mislabeled an account on a spreadsheet, and did not account for the 8 billion dollars of missing money

Oops just made a mistake, my bad... Still claiming that the company is completely solvent. Yet they have no books to prove any of this... on purpose.

SBF even worse admitted that he donated an equal amount of money to republicans as democrats through Dark Money. He has been lobbying all politicians everywhere

How is this the largest bankruptcy? Feel like Kmart was bigger

I'm guessing the largest bankruptcy ever was Dutch-East India during their soveriegn debt crisis if I remember right.

He lost enough billionaires enough money that he will eventually have to spend some time in prison if they figure out how to get him out of the Bahamas.

More likely scenario is he just laundered it for them. It’s a big tax write off, total capital loss is 100% unlimited. Meanwhile ole SBF mixed up all the funds and let withdrawals happen prior to chapter 11. All he has to do is mail a couple jump drives. At least that’s one scenario. nothing would surprise me here
