Yeah we got our mortgage for 3% with <20% down in 2020, and now both vehicles are paid off.
Guess we aren't moving anytime soon.

I got a 15 year mortgage in September 2020 at 2.25%. I got a 0.9% auto loan for a Highlander from my credit union.

We timed our home mortgage refi well, but I’ve been putting off a timber, hunting land purchase and now wish I had pulled the trigger already.

I'm not sure how much I trust these numbers. According to zillow, my home is worth 35% more than I paid for it less than 2 years ago.

Closed on a cash out refi in January. 30 years @ 3.1 down from 3.5. Feel pretty genius about that timing

We have 5 properties financed all in the range of 2.75 to 3.25. One commercial at around 3.75.

I’m going off comps and $150k would be on the low side of price per square ft

We got extremely lucky with a house purchase…bought during peak COV uncertainty and home has risen at least 50% in value already.

Yeah, walk the talk show us how your portfolio has done since November last year champ since you are able to predict markets so well.

We had to move but we refinanced our 30 year 4.75% to a 15 year 2.5% back in 2020. Would've been awesome to stay with that pay off plan.

Locked in a VA jumbo loan in Nov at 2.25% fixed for 30 with the VA funding fee being waived due to disability rating; and was given a boat load of credit to close so the only thing I had to bring to closing was a pen.
The kicker was I had a car that was paid off in full, and my credit union offered me a title loan for 60K for 36 mos at 1.99% rate. Free money, so I refi'd my car for cash for home improvements beating out any HELOC or second mtg rates.

Refi'd one rental from 4.625% down to 3.75% and another now rental property (was our primary at the time) from 4.25% down to 2.75%.

Yeah, I'm not mad. I'm seeing houses smaller than mine, and in worse areas selling for more than Zillow says mine is worth, so I'm overall good with it. I'd sell at the 2 year mark if I could find a place to go that also didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
