Another crap company that was just a fancy BNPL scheme charging large interest rates.

Funny how they first touted they were going to take down Visa/Mastercard by reinventing the payment system.

Instead they teamed up with Visa, pay their interchange fees, charge their own fees, and collect interest on the loans given out to people who use their service.

Affirm didn't plummet due to early release.....they plummeted due to a really bad business model that EVEN WITH XMAS AND PARTNERSHIP WITH AMAZON, can't turn a profit.

Buy Now, Pay Never....

Nobody said that they dropped because they accidentally released early.

Them accidentally releasing results before the close just shows what a clown show they are.

The person actually responsible for tweeting them out is probably some dumbass 25 year old fresh out of college.

They are probably looking at a huge class action lawsuit from shareholders based on that early release.

The wording in the subject line does make one think that AFRM went down because they tweeted out numbers before the close.

People are stupid enough to think that if their earnings were great that the stock would tank just because they accidentally released them early?

yeesh.

Not sure how they are turning a profit when they are giving out interest-free loans, helped me pick up the LiveScope for my boat.

Write better.

The deleted tweet did show great improvement in some numbers. That is the reason why the stock initially moved higher after the tweet was deleted.

Well they definitely not turning a profit.

They are doing a good job of losing money actually.
