I mean. A win is a win, but that would be hilarious.

LSU could have only 100 yds of total offense, D gets two pick 6's to barely win the game 14 to 13, and we'd still have:

"Quit bitching negatigers. O has us undefeated in top 5. Offense is fine, saving secret playbook for Bama. We're winning so if it ain't broke, dont fix it."

If the defense holds Ole Miss to 7 points then I would be encouraged. Ole Miss might be the best passing offense they play all year. Bama is probably the best overall. and their strength is LSU’s weaker area on defense. Cornerbacks will be tested.

I won’t be surprised one bit. In fact I expect this will be another very frustrating, ugly game where we look like a team that is no better than our competition. If we are the team with 17 points I’ll be ok.

With this patchwork offensive line situation, I dont see us lighting it up. Defense has to show up big this game.

Ohh boy, I will stay away from TD. Many on here that are obsessed with Saban and bama will expect us to beat them as bad, if not worse bc we are at home, as they did.

These fans need to get over it.

Great football is not just offense and eye candy for west coast types. A good defensive struggle is LSU at its best.

I would be happy for a 10-7 victory.

Ole Miss is #14 in total offense (529 YPG) - slightly less than #10 Alabama (540 YPG) and better than #25 MSU and #33 Georgia. I'd be pretty happy if we held them to 7 points after giving up 21 each to Tech and Auburn. We aren't beating Bama and UGA if those games are shootouts.

5-0 looks good to me. Just hope we win and don't have any more serious injuries.

I agree. IMO it all depends on Traore and Deculus and whether they can keep them Ole Miss DE's from knocking Joe senseless. I'm thinking this will be a defensive battle, low scoring kind of game. Believe the defense and special teams will play a big part in the win.

I think we will stick to the ground game quite a bit. Could be fairly low due to that.

And it will be uttered by the same people who told us at the beginning of the season that rankings don't matter.
