I agree .. there were better options but I'll give credit where it's due... the team could have folded after Troy and responded.....

All you've provided is one obscure website to prove one of your posts, and that site is directly refuted by opponent's winning %. Not one time have you provided proof that the 2005 team was the most talented ever, and you've never even come close to proving that 9-3 with no West title is the same as 10-1 and winning the West.

Do people think that teams ‘get up’ and stay motivated by accident? That it just randomly happens and they just start rolling?
No. It doesn’t. Love him or hate him, O deserves a frickton of credit for rallying the troops.. You can have all the X’s & O’s in the world, but it doesn’t mean anything if your team doesn’t give a shite... this team had zero quit in them.. NONE

Well, I've eaten my share of crow but on this one I didn't flip out. I knew how bad the rest of the SEC was and that we were really more talented than we showed in the Troy and Stat games. I was thinking 8-4 actually so we still exceeded. Didn't think we'd beat Auburn, but the rest of the teams on our schedule outside Auburn and Bama were frankly hot garbage.

I will give credit to O for the team not collapsing, and I have on multiple occasions given him credit for the Auburn win.

He's here....like it or not......he lost to Troy...not good but certainly less shocking than Saban losing to UAB or Miles blowing a 21 point lead to UT at home.
The season started bad but things are looking better and all you want to do is piss and moan about a game weeks ago.

I go to every home game plus one away game each season.
I think we will win every game we play. When we don't, I predict we will fix the problem(s) and win every remaining game. That's what being a 'real fan' means to me.
