Not even in the slightest, man. Iowa State is a conference opponent. They play every year. They played OU tough last year too. They're a power 5 team on the up and up and beat both big 12 championship game teams.
The point spread might have been similar, but in no way is an in conference power 5 upset comparable to a G5 upset.

It’s the same basic concept whether we are talking point spreads or win/loss bets. It’s an incredibly simple system that most people understand. I see it has clearly confused you though.
And even if we were to pretend like Vegas “predicts” outcomes, don’t you think their prediction would take into account that fact that Ed Orgeron is our coach?

They predicted 9 wins we got that mark and will likely exceed it which is what i said. You can deflect spin or try to pervert it anyway you want but our last coach failed to meet pre season predictions 8 out of 11 seasons and the new coach has at lead hit his mark in year 1.

Miles had better teams than that that did less.
