After LSU beat Bama, they never should have left the #1 spot.

frick OSU. They'll get their shot if they make it that far.

It was tongue in cheek. Brady was introduced at the banquet as the boy wonder.

The boy wonder comment wasn’t even the problem

I think they beat Clemson. Clemson hasn’t been tested and Ohio State is a really good team. An LSU Ohio State rematch would be a very good game with us coming out on top again.

I think it was tongue-in-cheek.
Hafley actually got emotional shortly after.

Not the way it was meant.
Watch it in the link above.

Also, an obligatory pic of JB's girlfriend.

The adversity they faced was They didn't crap their pants vs Michigan or wisconson and for some reason those are tuff teams to match against. That's bout it. But whatever, let's see what kinda adversity they got vs the big bad Clemson.

Would love to beat them instead of Clemson doing it.

Everyone laughed at this. This isn’t proof of being “super bitter.”

It was tongue in cheek. If you watched Joe Brady's speech, they call him "Boy Wonder" several times.

I think they are gonna get destroyed by Clemson. Their attitude seems like they believe they should have been crowned as the National Champion after this past weekend.

i agree, they did not want to play Clemson and it showed... and no BS, after the georgia slaughter, i wouldnt care if we played Clemson or not... and our boys dont give two shits either...

although i do wish that (if Burrow wants it to happen) that we would play Ohio St for it all.. but again only if Burrow wants that.. i could care less who we play.. I still think Clemson is going to beat them

That "their" Heisman frontrunner now plays for LSU prolly

Gotta give it to Fields though. What he has done this year, first year young starter after learning the offense for a few months, is insane itself to say the least. He didn't play full games either outside of Penn St and Wisconsin I think. This is why I was clamoring for him to come to LSU. I think Brennan will do excellent next year, but think what Fields could have done as a redshirt sophomore running this offense?

When you have to tell someone that you are the number 1, that means you are not likely number 1!

What adversity did OSU deal with exactly?

The adversity of being down 21-7 at Halftime of the Big 10 Championship and coming back to win it by double digits. They're just grasping at straws and cant fathom that they were dropped. I guess they thought that Fox's opinion of them was that of the entire nation.

I'll bet that "boy wonder" isn't Brady's favorite nickname
