For all of you on here who claim all critical comments are always from people who don’t understand baseball:
I may not be a baseball expert but I KNOW what awful pitching looks like.
So go ahead and tell me how I don’t know what I speak of… only this time do us all baseball ignorant people a favor and explain how what I’m witnessing is good.

This team has Nat Championship hitting combined with average to below average pitching, been getting away with it all season because of hitting. They may not even make it to Omaha cause they can’t throw a fuking strike

Bad pitching with an injury riddled staff does not equal bad coaching. That’s where I get the gripe. Injuries suck and when you lose quality arms to injuries it sucks more.
Win or lose today we still have a great team and staff.
People who get on hear and spout nonsense about firing this guy or that or bench this player or that are the low baseball IQ folks.

I would argue that, despite being consensus #1 for weeks now, #2-6 have a better chance of winning the NCAA championship format than this team.
In a 1-game format, yeah, I would take this team over everyone else. Even if the tournament were best 2 of 3 format, I'd take LSU.

I mean if you want to be miserable then by all means do you. However, we’re currently number 1 in the SEC standings in by far the toughest conference. If we should be miserable then the entire baseball fan nation should be miserable. Truth is they aren’t because they’re not fricktards like you. Do we have issues? Of course we do. I won’t be miserable about it though. Should be a fun ride and we’ll see how it plays out.
