LSU MBB loses out, MM resigns, Wade re-hired after not getting a show cause. Pages and pages of entertaining reading on here.

It is a lot less crazy than Freeze being a head coach in the SEC again.

You're going to need Woodward resigning in there somewhere as well.

Wade's firing was more of a product of Woody's ego. The NOA just made it convenient. He wasn't his guy.

Will Wade is never coming back to LSU even if McMahon quits
If I was fired by my employer I don't think that would be the place I would try and restart my career
Wade made out like a bandit, made most of his salary with LSU paying the price for his incompetence in playing the underworld recruiting game

If I was Will Wade I would make it my personal mission to frick over LSU as much as possible. He ain't coming back here until he's on the visiting bench

Wade lied to both the President and Scott. In front of their face. Nothing about ego or he wasn’t his guy. All on Wade.

how it actually goes down in true LSU fashion is Will Wade coaches somewhere else, somehow winds up on LSU's schedule and his team beats Mcmahon's team very very badly.

People are living in a fantasy world if they think Will Wade coaches at LSU again. That's just not ever going to happen. Woody isn't bringing him back. Even if Woody was fired, his successor isn't bringing him back.

No way WW is coming back except in your dreams. Why would anyone come back and work for someone that sold him out? Move on.

Like any great general, there has to be a part of the story where he is exiled.

quote:

In the Treaty of Fontainebleau, the Allies exiled Napoleon to Elba, an island of 12,000 inhabitants in the Mediterranean, 10 km (6 mi) off the Tuscan coast.

quote:

Napoleon escaped from Elba in the brig Inconstant on 26 February 1815 with 700 men. Two days later, he landed on the French mainland at Golfe-Juan and started heading north.

We're down to this as the last remaining leg the Woodward defenders have to stand on as justification for firing Will Wade? What a disaster.
