I'm not quite "all in" with LSU's march to the BCS championship after just 3 games against inferior competition but I am impressed like everyone else with the "new" offense and abundance of youth seeing the playing field early this season.
Like many have pointed out the defense is young and relatively inexperienced and the kicking game is below par at this point in the season. Let's see how we do against SEC competition w Auburn and Georgia later this month. We get through these 2 tough games and we'll know much more about our Tigers hopes for winning the West.
Auburn is hungry and determined to bring back their proud program after a miserable season in 2012. Let's take this thing one game at a time like always. As ranked teams go we play as many/more top 25 teams than anyone else in the country. Next!

the truth is something many on this board sometimes find hard to accept. no one wants LSU to win more than me but there are, IMO, questions still to be answered and more importantly games still to be played. those that think that victory is assured are many times the same ones who in the face of disappointment turn on the staff or find the need to savage the very players who risk it all for LSU and its fans. it's nice to read the opinions of the part of our fanbase that looks at the big picture and responds with balance and clarity.

Hey Gramps;
Thanks for the English lesson. Did not realize there were so many English majors in the Rant crowd. I probably should misspell things more often to get more responses on my posts. Surprised that no one asked "Who is Yosemite Sam?" For what it's worth I am a writer and have been learning, loving, and living it for many, many years. I'll be more careful next time.... LOL
