Baseball does not equal football or basketball. Baseball has more parity than any other sport for a reason. Look at Vandy…. Texas….

Why are they excluded and the only conversation y’all want to have is how LSU almost lost to Little Rock. Every year a various number of regional hosts get eliminated before they even get to the Supers. Should those teams win on paper? Absolutely, but it’s baseball and you obviously never played it at any kind of competitive level or you have a skewed understanding of how the game works. You can have the best baseball roster imaginable and still get fricking raked by a team full of nobodies. It’s the beauty of the game really, but everyone acts like LSU should go undefeated and just trounce every team they play. Its just not realistic..

Does the most talented team win the World Series every year in the MLB? They generally don’t. Should tell you something right there. Best teams in the MLB routinely get swept by teams with losing records because they were off that series and the other team was hot. It’s just the reality of the sport…. Y’all would be a lot less miserable if your accepted that fact and understood that the coach can’t fully control it.
