Has everyone noticed the high profile people hving heart attacks and dying can you imagine the number of general population people this is happening to.
300,000,000 Americans; average lifetspan is about 70 years. That means about 4 and a quarter million die every year, and over 13,000 every day.
And that’s before, during and after covid.

The good news, if there is any on this, is that he will probably pull through. Usually if a heart attack does not kill you in the first 18 hours, with the right intervention you can stabilize.

I don't know whats worse. Death or living with severe brain injury due to a severe heart attack.

not really. Usually if no positive news comes out its exactly what is being speculated. Brain has lost too much oxygen and you're on life support until your family and friends can get things sorted out.

Very inappropriate.

yeah everything I am reading is hinting at they are waiting on Monday decisions. My guess is, he has suffered brain death from oxygen being cut off. They might be doing test today to confirm this or find something they can work with. If he's gone, then they'll probably take him off the vent.
This is all speculation of course. I hope I am way off base here.

It sounds like he was down a while, but they got a rhythm back which means an anoxic brain injury. If he's posturing or can't breath on his own and needs life support then the family will have to make a tough decision unless they know his advanced directive.

I know this based on texts I’ve been seeing, but evidently HIPAA rules go by the wayside if your famous

I think that's his take on the praying emoji not working, but it's a dumb and inappropriate take in current context.

I believe he has a law degree, hopefully he has a will, possibly a living will, prayers sent again

No it’s just people that want to be first to report stuff. They have no sources. No one knows anything other than what’s been reported by the school.

Hang in their coach. The MSU family needs you and college football needs you also. Prayers for a speedy recovery.

HIPAA would only apply to the hospital/caregivers releasing medical info without consent, of which none has happened.
Speculation or even eye-witness accounts by writers, fans, friends, co-workers, etc. doesn't apply to HIPPA laws.
