This is on Kelly. Sloan should have been done when Underwood went to Michigan. Kelly stuck with this garbage for 2/3 of the year. Add in Nusscryer and we are well beyond just Sloan being fired. It’s time for Kelly to go.

Firing coordinators mid season isn’t what Kelly does. If he's doing that, shite is hot and things are moving. He may be gone soon afterward, or not, this season. But Sloan going now means we're being heard and he's sweating.
