.....And he is also now saying that he "doesn't think there will be any" charges filed. His words- I guess we will see.

Punishment for the parties involved.

Our way of saying wait and see. Why should I believe some people I don't know? I have no idea who they are or if they are fine young upstanding citizens. Apparently it is the worst thing in the world for 18-22yr old fb players to be at a bar. But perfectly ok to be if you don;t play fb for LSU. Gimme a break

Still no excuse. There is too much on the line for this kind of behavior.
I agree 100%

There was a scuffle inside the bar first, over Davenport's girlfriend, and involved a few players including Wing.
Later, outside, same guy was trying to leave the parking lot and honks his horn at the players standing in front of him. Then voluntarily gets out of his truck and words are exchanged between him and some of the players. After a short time Jarvis Landry comes out of no where and cold-clocks the guy, fighting ensues, another guy comes in to help the guy getting beat. After about two minutes of not participating in the fight Jordan Jefferson came in and kicked the guy in the head.
This is 100% accurate and is WHAT happened at Shady's that night. I know many people won't believe it but whatever.
Of course I won't be shocked if they get off scott free. It's how the justice system works. It's a bar fight between drunken kids with no evidence on who provoked it or what went down. When it comes down to he said/she said without concrete evidence or a confession then that person will often walk. Do I think they should get away with it? No.

He's a brilliant defense attorney. However, it's not really surprising that kids that have never been in trouble before have an emotional breakdown the day they have to go give a statement to police.

My guess is he threatened to press charges on the "victims" and they wanted no part of that.

multiple eye-witnesses confirming jefferson kicked the guy while he was down, and people still defend him
sickening.
if anything, miles should demote JJ to kicker. hes good at it.

I recieved 2 years probation (served 1 due to good time) court fees, lawyer fees, probation fees, as well as 12 angermanagement classes which I had to pay for. I broke a mans jaw, eye socket, and cheek bone and the sentence was reduced to simple battery which is what i see happening for these guys if convicted.
This happened to a friend of mine. but he sucker punched the kid. Cant say he didnt deserve the punishment.

So Jefferson wasn't involved at all and then out of nowhere comes in and kicks a guy when he's down?

You guys are so naive.
The "news" being reported is being lifted from the police accounts given by the victims. Have you ever stopped to wonder why not a single name as been cited as a source in any news article released in the last four days?
