As an attorney I’ve requested video and it takes forever when the police aren’t pretending like they can’t release it.
There is no criminal case here. How does the attorney even get a copy here? They apparently let Koy’s attorney watch the video. That doesn’t necessarily mean they gave him a courtesy copy.

My clients actually appreciate that I ask for actual evidence and don’t just take people’s word for it.

No. It is the Mayor.

ALL of this aside.... In your mind, was this case of 'social media' accusation/complaint, handled in the proper manner / i.e. were the accuser and the accused BOTH treated fairly ?

I bet you shut up real quick when you see the evidence doesn’t support your client like you had hoped.
What would you have done if you represented Koy? Publicly said he was lying?
I’m honestly shocked you’re an attorney
What do you do? Real estate? Tax? Whatever you can get?

Well the last time he gave any statement he was asking for the police video.

Not unless the BRPD officers were still allowed to work OT/details. Otherwise they missed out on a large chunk of money over bullshite.

All these Trump voters have a problem with koy Moore lying... lulz....

"did not substantiate" and Lied aren't the same thing. It means the body cam footage didn't show what he alleges. Maybe he did lie, but that's not what the statement says.

Moore and his attorneys doubling down on his statements isn’t surprising, although it may create more harm than good for him.
I believe him that he “felt” violated. Unfortunately, just because you are soft and may have felt an encounter was too aggressive doesn’t mean the encounter was illegal or excessive.
Police work is dangerous. Deadly encounters occur quickly. Law enforcement is given the benefit of doubt and the ability to defend themselves in advance of a threat for countless reasons. Without them, no one would ever serve in areas where the majority of violence occurs.
All of this could have been avoided if Moore and his colleagues listened to verbal commands after visually observing Uniformed Officers.
Welcome to the real world kid. No one cares if you fetch a football on Saturdays for entertainment.
