Coaches get hired and judged based on their past.
He just won 10 games in back to back years after taking over a worse roster than saban did in 2001.
Kiffen literally isn't a 9 win coach. He has never won 9 games in back to back years. Ever.
And just about every good hc in cfb is an a-hole.
