yeah the offense is getting a pass because the end game numbers look good...there are issues there but because the D is so awful its getting brushed aside.

against state and Mizzou this offense has struggled to score on possessions they needed to. Some nice splash plays but seems lacking consistent drives

Offense has been inconsistent. 30th in punt attempts & they only punted 3x at Vandy. They just haven’t moved the ball consistently.

That tends to happen when you can't run the ball and can't control the LOS. Doesn't mean the passing offense is bad.

Neat, we're ranked 14th in passing efficiency which is pretty damn good since we're one dimensional and returned two starters on offense.

I get that you hate Ensminger and Linehan and think Brady was the gilded savior but statistics dont bare out that the passing game has fell off a cliff like you predicted it would.

Sorry.

The main issue on offense is the offensive line is getting pushed around.

If we could control the LOS and run the ball, the offense is fine.

The third down and red zone numbers are a direct result of being one dimensional in crucial situations.

Dave Aranda. He is our biggest loss from 2019.

It’s the usual ‘results over process’ that the Rant cannot ever grasp

A good offense with a defense that can create turnovers is a proven combination

All things equal I’d simply rather lean on a great offense over anything else & joe burrow gives you that

Would you prefer this version of Pelini or Malveto?

At this point, I'd rather have Malveto. Aside from a few guys, our defense is playing with absolutely no heart.

Ja Mar Chase. Too many drops and not enough receiving threats besides Marshall and sometimes Gilbert.

if we had Aranda (still) we might still have Marcel Brooks too; so, that'd be a double positive.

Aranda is the obvious answer. The O isn’t perfect but the D is the worst I’ve ever seen.

I lived through Lou Tepper years and thought it couldn’t ever be any worse. Welp, shite.
