Due to the recent Miami loss to Pitt...

If we didn't lose to Troy, would we be ranked ahead of ND and Ohio St, if Clemson wins out, Wisconsin loses championship game, Alabama wins out

1.Alabama 13-0
2. Clemson 12-1
3. OU 11-1
4. LSU 10-2
Ohio St. 11-2
Notre Dame 10-2

If this isn't reasonable, please tell me

We'd be top 10, but probably not in top 5

Could have been a much different season if a few plays went our way. Yeah I think it is reasonable we would have the rematch against Bama, sitting at #4. Horrible to think that way tho...

No LSU wouldn't be ahead of a big 10 champion Ohio state. Next question...

good question....

does the Auburn win happen?
if we don't have that Catastrophic event, do we turn it around?
A whole lot of variables and we are still talking about 17 and 19 year old kids that saw many contributors that were playing high school football this time last year.

Possible even with losses to State and BAMA if the State loss was close, say 24-21 considering the loss to BAMA was competitive to a point. They would likely be in the top 8 and depending on how the other games and conference championships playe dout might have an outside shot at # 4 playoff slot. Don't worry.

WE COMING WE COMING
AND WE AINT BACKING DOWN.

Also, if we were much better at football we might be higher ranked.

The Troy loss was HORRENDOUS by I still maintain that it was likely beneficial for the 20+ freshmen that played this year in the grand scheme of things.

Nobody outside of the rant and maybe a few sec fan bases is going to remember it even next year. However it showed those kids very early that playing for LSU isn't a guarantee for success against anyone.

We’d have two wins vs teams with winning records, so no.
