Our glorious ad that fired the best basketball coach we’ve had would’ve been all over this…am I wrong?
Miller is about to play all the way through the tourney with this looming. No way Woodward would’ve let this happen. I know, I know…he had to save football…blah blah

Technically that was Alleva who suspended Wade and Smart (one game), not Woodward.

Woodward blew it with basketball and set the program back at least 5 years. One thing that is certain, never ever cooperate or play nice with the NCAA. Tell them to frick off and pound sand. Woodward had it out for Wade and nothing else mattered. He wanted him gone and didn’t care if it screwed the kids on the roster.
