A big venue in Houston or Dallas maybe, and surely the Athletic Department has already been emailing around to see what's available just in case. But I don't see them going to North Texas unless there is absolutely no other way, and even then it might not be worth it and they'd just pay NT whatever penalty payment is called for in the contract.
ETA: My thoughts on the subject are due to being an insider. I saw the inside of a Holiday Inn Express.
