If you think anyone’s perception of LSU and Louisiana have changed because of Landry, you need to get out more. LSU and Louisiana are acting exactly in line with expectations. The couyon carnival is what people LIKE about us.

I do think it will end well. I don’t understand why the journey from Point A to Point B has to be such a circus. I live out of state and have been hearing about it all week. I would rather people say nice things about my school than be laughing at it.

This program has manifested a complete lack of leadership and stability, things which I had been convinced that Woodward would bring, but that was just an idle wish. I have to wonder what Scott was actually doing for the football program. In hindsight one could ask whether he was a paid assassin. Who cares about any other sport if football operations founders for years? His main job was to bring in a great coach and he shot the program in the foot instead. I know nothing about Landry. He may be a joker, but I agree with his assessment of Scott’s “accomplishments”. We will know soon enough if anyone in this backward state can produce a top notch program because as it stands now, it’s headed in reverse. Oh, no way Saban returns in any form or fashion.
