I think you are wrong there. I believe the house is in Azalea Lakes and too far out. The owner drowned while riding his 4 wheeler in the back of the property.

Unless I am mistaken, the house in the link is directly across from Santa Maria. The Santa Maria house was the one with the suicide of the contractor in the driveway.

I’m biased but this is the best house in BR. 20 acres, 2 miles from Tiger Stadium. Entrance off of Highland and Burbank and completely gated/secured.
Saban said it was the best place he ever lived and he would ride for hours around the property on his golf cart.

I know where he bought. My Wife works with the realtor’s relative. Won’t say exactly where but it’s only 5 min from campus (not uclub) and not in a gated subdivision. Price was around 3.5.

Not a chance lol, no one is buying that house unless they are a self made BR billionaire that is born and raised there.
